Brian previously served as chief of staff and deputy chief of staff to Premiers Rachel Notley in Alberta and Roy Romanow in Saskatchewan. In these positions, he successfully worked on some of the most challenging and complex issues Canadian governments have wrestled with in recent years.
Brian has extensive experience as a strategic planner, negotiator, communications planner, and lead writer for numerous national and provincial campaigns and issue management challenges. He has worked across Canada in both official languages.
Brian is currently a fellow at the Public Policy Forum. He served on the Government of Canada’s NAFTA Advisory Council. Brian was born and raised in Montreal and is a graduate from McGill University.
