Andrew Teliszewsky

Principal

Andrew has built his career operating at the intersection between public and private sector interests. With a background in life sciences and public administration, he has worked on some of the most challenging economic policy files in Ontario.

As Chief of Staff to the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, he worked to produce Ontario’s first long-term infrastructure plan and established a consistent pipeline of P3 projects.

At the Ministry of Energy, Andrew led several commercial transactions, including: re-contracting the Bruce Power Nuclear refurbishment agreement; the Initial Public Offering of Hydro One Inc. and several Indigenous reconciliation transactions.

As Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Windsor, Andrew coordinated local government components to enable a new Electric Vehicle battery production facility, including the negotiation of a 98-year land lease between the City and international joint venture partners, NextStar Energy.

Outside of Government, Andrew supported the growth of a Canadian smart grid energy start-up, as policy and regulatory affairs lead.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University and Master’s in Public Administration from Carleton University.
